Love From Clients

“Sarah's approach to offering support and guidance in helping others is one of non-judgement, humour, and a sense of easiness that immediately removes all the stigma around drinking. Her knowledge and desires to understand the well being and health of us all is clear in the material that is presented and how accessible she is to those she is supporting. I am truly grateful that I "found" you and what I have learned about myself and my potential. Thank you Sarah!

"Finding Sarah and this community has been a truly life changing experience for me.  The enthusiasm and the genuine love and care that Sarah transmits through a computer screen is incredible, I am on the other side of the world!"

- Jennifer, Spain

"Thank you Sarah for all the help, support and tools you have given me, I could not have done it without you. I am feeling the best I've felt in years!"

- Shelley, UK

I am so grateful to Sarah having joined her Challenges/Self Discovery/and Mastermind programmes. She has opened up so many doors with her ongoing support to many women, but above all it is her absolute non judgemental attitude and truth that really appeals to me.I would have no hesitation in recommending her Workshops with so much information and support she gives through podcasts/zooms/facetimes with a lot of humour thrown in.

“I am so happy I chose to do Sarah Rusbatch’s ‘rediscover me’ coaching program. It has changed my life; I was feeling completely stuck. But with Sarah’s guidance I have been able to free myself. Sarah is very passionate about women’s health and wellbeing She is very good at asking the right questions to help you to think deeply about yourself. I would highly recommend Sarah and her coaching program.”

“I first came across Sarah through an article I read. In the article she introduced me to the concept of grey area drinking which I had never heard of before but it resonated with me. I then joined Sarah’s Facebook group The Women’s Wellbeing Collective and it was there I saw that Sarah was running an upcoming 21 day alcohol free challenge. I signed up not really knowing what to expect other than thinking it might be my chance to finally be free of alcohol. The challenge was more than I could have ever expected, Sarah’s commitment to me and the others in the group was astonishing. She showed up day after day for us and supported everyone through what was a challenging time. I could not have been successful in the challenge without Sarah and her expertise, guidance and tough love. It wasn’t long into the challenge that I realised I needed an extra level of support and so I worked with Sarah 1:1 over a four week period. This gave me the opportunity for Sarah to tailor a program for me - it kept me motivated to stay alcohol free, helped me process some of the challenging thoughts I was having, gave me information on the link between nutrition and nutrients with our physiology, she also encouraged me to dive deeper into seeking various information for personal growth and gave me a multitude of resources. Sarah helped me see the benefits of a wholistic perspective to staying alcohol free. I highly recommend working closely with Sarah 1:1 to elevate your motivation to stay alcohol free. Sarah has changed my life and I couldn’t have done it without her, I’m committed now to an alcohol free life.”

“You know when you meet someone special and everything they do and say aligns with every cell in your body? That is what meeting Sarah has been like for me.

I stumbled across Sarah when I was in a vulnerable place in my life. I joined her 21-day AF program with no expectations of completing the program, let alone contributing to the group. However, all of that changed as soon as Sarah started sharing her stories and Journey. I no longer felt alone, and I had never experienced such an enormous outpouring of support by sharing elements of my story.

Not many people can hold a group together that encompasses compassion, non-judgment, self-worth, values and pride like Sarah can. Sarah allows every member to be heard and be seen. We celebrate the wins, and we offer support and encouragement when things are hard.

I have been fortunate enough to participate in 1:1 coaching with Sarah, and I am enrolled in her up and coming “rediscovering me” program. Meeting Sarah has opened the doors to endless possibilities and opportunities to work with others within her network. I used to be terrified of jumping on the journey train, and now I can’t wait for the next stop.

- Wendy, Sydney

“This is a professionally executed program which touches on a wide-ranging set of resources, concepts, strategies, processes, tasks and ideas from which you can explore at your own pace. It is also a community-based experience and the group of women brings our own observations and perspectives - making it a unique group culture. It is helpful and encouraging to listen to other stories, stuck bits, progress, revelations and vulnerabilities. I "broke open" with myself and have found filling my mind and time with learning has made me feel more peace and meaning. It is the beginning of even better things going forward in my life! Thank you for making this program Sarah - your encouragement and kindness is inspiring!

“I had been interested in receiving coaching for a long while but had not found a coach that really resonated with me. All it took was one FB live and I knew Sarah was my kind of coach! There is zero hard sell (I hate that). Sarah was born to do this and it was her passion to help women navigate this stage of our lives that drew me to sign up. Hands down one of the best gifts I’ve given myself was this course. It’s only 8 weeks but the tools will stay with me. For me, the course is more of a leap pad to a journey that will now continue beyond. The group aspect of the course also I highly recommend as the ladies in my group are now friends and I have loved following there journeys with them. Thanks Sarah xx“

“I started Sarah's program teary, overwhelmed, sad and disappointed in myself. I felt lost. I was drawn to Sarah's open, genuine nature and her passion for women's wellbeing and connectedness. Sarah's zest for learning and self-improvement has been really inspiring. She is supportive and non-judging. Sarah cultivated a safe environment which allowed me to challenge myself, self reflect and goal set with thoughtful, kind, like-minded women. My involvement in the Rediscovering Me program has "flicked the switch" and I cannot unlearn what I now know. It has been amazingly liberating seeing positive change in my life that I have enabled and I am grateful for the support which Sarah has given which has grounded me through this process.”

Hi Sarah, I just wanted to write to you to say thank you. I had been battling for a while with unhealthy behaviours that weren’t serving me well, and had tried unsuccessfully to change my behaviours but nothing had really gelled with me. I can’t really remember how I found your group now, but I know that the planets aligned for me when I did and I found exactly what I was looking for.

I’m celebrating 4 months sober today and I honestly can’t believe the change. I have absolutely no desire to drink alcohol - my mindset has completely changed. I’m motivated, optimistic, clear headed and excited for the future. I’m have goals that I’m working towards and am finally taking the time to work on myself and it’s so rewarding and liberating to realise that there’s so much more I can be.

I think the work you do is so important, and I hope you continue reaching other women and growing this incredibly supportive group.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you personally for being the right fit for me. I think without you and this group I’d still be struggling to find my way and I will be eternally grateful that I stumbled across you.”

There is so much we don’t know about ourselves and in our busy lives we often don’t find time to explore that. Treat yourself to an inspiring, explorative couple of months where you will learn what drives you and how to nurture your aspirations. Sarah is a relatable, kind, encouraging soul and this programme will help you discover and develop the best version of yourself, whoever that may be.

“For anyone wondering if Rediscovering Me really is the program for you, the answer is YES. It is the most amazing experience. Sarah has so much experience, passion, empathy, knowledge and energy. Such a joy to be a part of her programmes and totally transformative!”

“I've been lucky enough to be part of Sarah's re-discovering me programme after undertaking the 21 day alcohol free challenge on Sarah's Facebook group. At the beginning of the programme I knew that I needed to invest in myself and do some deeper work if I was going to be able to stay alcohol free - but this has been so much more than just keeping me off the booze! Sarah has a wonderful ability to support and challenge me in equal measures - I always leave the sessions feeling calm, focused and clear about my week ahead and knowing the work I need to do without feeling overwhelmed. Through the group coaching, Sarah has created a really safe nurturing group where I feel I can share my journey with the other women on the programme and that has also been really powerful and those women are all an inspiration to me in different ways. We are a group who live miles away from each other but are on a journey together where we have laughed and cried and listened to each other like no other group I've been a part of.

I feel that Sarah has created the space for me to truly find myself and that is something very special. I'm now so much clearer on what makes me tick, what my strengths are, my values, my purpose and so much more. I'd recommend this to anyone!!!”

“What I love about Sarah is that she is real. She tells it like it is and I enjoy her candour and style (love a bit of the sweary Manchester vibe!). There is no judgement, it is safe and compassionate. I always feel that she has my best interest at heart.
I am delighted but not surprised that she is so successfully breaking ground in Women’s Wellness.
My experience of working with Sarah has been a joy. I have been part of the 21 Alcohol-Free Challenge which led me to also doing the Rediscovering Me Program. Alongside this, I have benefited from one on one conversations with her and also the many recommendations to other knowledgeable people and resources that have supported me in working toward my goals. Sarah is incredibly generous (and networked!) - creating and sharing information and resources.
With her support and that of the community she has created, I have achieved a level of well being that I would not have thought possible, even 3 months ago. If you are curious about how to take the first step to feeling and thinking better, this is the place!”

“The Rediscovering Me programme was truly enlightening for me. At 46 I have always worried so much about what people think, then been resentful that I wasn't getting my needs met. That I’m not good enough' feeling seems to be the undercurrent to everything. Understanding what I want out of life, what my beliefs and values are was truly enlightening. I can't believe I have been thinking so much rubbish for so long. It's amazing value I encourage anyone feeling not quite themselves to do this.”

“I was lucky enough to participate in one on one coaching with Sarah recently. I was feeling lost in the busyness of life (fulltime working Mum and Wife) and was seeking clarity around goal setting, exercise and prioritising time for me. Also after the year that was COVID, I felt I wanted to push the ‘reset’ button in a number of areas of life – health, fitness, mindfulness and lifestyle. Working together with Sarah I developed my ‘non-negotiables’ that were my acts of self-care and I set about making them a priority.  I have continued on with daily habits since the coaching sessions. Thank you Sarah for your time, support, advice and guidance so that I could  reconnect with myself, my values and my goals.”

- Amanda, Brisbane -

“Sarah, thanks for encouraging me to reconnect with the real me and to not be afraid to be that person, warts 'n all. Since doing your course, I feel more at ease with where I'm at and more confident that I am right where I'm meant to be for now.  It has given me the space I need to allow things to unfold when it feels right, instead of when I think it should be!  I have learnt to listen to my heart and be my authentic self.  I recommend this course to anyone who is ruminating on their purpose and feeling stuck.”

- Gill, Perth -

“I wouldn’t have been able to articulate my own thoughts and actions on so many levels without discussing them with someone else who could remain completely objective and offer some wonderful strategies to help me move forward. I have learned to listen to myself and understand the differences between needs/wants/obligations and how to prioritise myself again and not being the last priority on my never-ending lists. I have tuned into my inner thoughts and I’m now listening and trying to continue using the tactics that I’ve been armed with. I’m feeling very confident within myself.”

- Julie Ann, Perth -

“I cannot recommend 1:1 coaching with Sarah highly enough. It has been a game-changer for me. I was stuck in groundhog day. Directionless, lost and desperately unhappy. My anxiety levels were through the roof and a constant nagging in my head of ‘Is this it?’. Sarah has provided so many resources and strategies that have really worked. After years of trying to find ‘the missing piece’. I feel I've found it. I feel so much happier, content and hopeful, I'm am now looking forward to the future and what it brings. Thank you Sarah, I have loved our 1:1 sessions together. I couldn't have done it without you.”

- Kerri, Sunshine Coast

“Before doing Sarah’s ‘Rediscovering Me’ program, I was feeling very stuck. The content in the course has helped me to find clarity. Sarah has the ability to ask the right questions, she is down to earth, genuine and I would highly recommend her coaching program. Sarah is very passionate and genuinely wants to help and inspire women. She is extremely good at asking the right questions I feel very safe and comfortable talking to her!”

- Zoe, Perth -

“I’m 43 years old and was thinking ‘is this it?’ when I was introduced to Sarah. Through working with Sarah I have established what my core values and strengths are, what my vision for my future looks like and have set goals. Being coached in a group environment has held me accountable to myself and others and kept me on track each week to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is serious about making positive changes in their lives.”
