Community & Events

“The opposite of addiction is connection. We’re not meant to quit drinking alone. I believe we need a community, a tribe, a sober family.”

When you start your sober journey, few things are as important as finding a community of women going through the same emotions, triumphs and challenges.

That’s why my mission is to bring women together to share their experiences – and create new ones!

My private Facebook group - The Women’s Wellbeing Collective is a 12,000+ group of sober curious women all supporting each other daily, building a community with trust and genuine care.

Perth Sober Socials, also on Facebook, is devoted to socialising in Perth – without the booze.

I warmly welcome you to join us and become a part of the supportive community!

Join my Book Launch Alcohol Free
Cocktail Party this February!

Who says you need booze to have a good time?

I host women’s AF parties, yoga group sessions and ice baths (yes ice baths!) to bolster community and connection. I also love to bring amazing women together for an alcohol-free lunch, special event, or conference.

In October 2022, I visited Melbourne to host an alcohol-free cocktail party with my Victorian community. The room was filled with energy, positivity, laughter and connection as women came from all over the state to meet in person!

Fabulous tasting alcohol free drinks also make the parties extra fun!
